Offered for auction are these heavy brass and wood Victorian drop drawer pulls. 2 small and 2 large pulls with one large pull missing the wood "handle". The wood looks like it could be walnut but the color and grain looks more like olive wood. I have a small book with the front and back cover made of olive wood and these pulls look exactly the same. Most likely these pulls came off a high quality piece of furniture since a lot of drop drawer pulls on assembly line furniture had thin stamped brass back plates and not the heavy brass equipment as on these pulls. A little brass polish will shine these up nicely and someone good with woodworking can fashion a new round handle.
