I bought this broom used and assume it is a vintage item. It has a brass top of a women standing next to a plant and smelling a flower. On the back are the words Made In England and the number 17188. The broom portion is covered by a copper tube which slides up. With the broom cover it is about 11 inches long. Please view photos.
