Ron has this listed as #44 Horse Comics in his Currier & Ives Trade Card Checklist. It is the same image used in 1877 as a B&W card listed as #1 Early Comic in Ron's Checklist. This card has advertising for WOODMAN & ELLIS, New Bedford, Mass, Parasols and Shetland Shawls.Reverse is blank.We are selling the long time large collection of the late Ron Schieber, aka Mad Money Ron or madmoneyetc. It runs the gamut from political pins and ribbons to Advertising Trade Cards and Posters, Broadsides, Currier & Ives Prints and C&I Trade Cards, etc., etc., etc., A mix of rare, very rare, common and in some cases, only one known in the field.Please note, these cards are from Ron's collection.
