this is a rare "State Of Louisiana" document concerning the sale of several slaves recorded by a Walter Campbell in New Orleans, Louisiana on May 10, 1855 - as you will note from the pictures, the bill of sale is torn and few parts of the document are missing; t are several stains on the document, some writing of numbers in pencil midway through the document on the left side as you look at it - it is hard for me to read the names of the slaves sold, etc - the document is faded- framed & matted and great historical document - continental US buyer pays $10.95 postage; all others please contact me for postage rates
