Wow! I have been collecting mercury glass for quite some time and I've never found a piece as special as this. It measures a nice size, just under 10 1/2 inches tall and about 4 inches wide. The best part is a delicately hand-painted cherub dressed in blue..well done and given the age very little paint loss. The glass and the painting all have a beautiful patina. It's hard to photograph but I did my best. Very little paint loss but there is some paint loss as shown in the photos. Don't miss out on this rare piece to add to your collection.
