This is a Made in Germany Cookie Cutter, Vintage large cookie cutter as shown and is as shown. Per another e-bayer (a kind one at that,) I was provided the following information regarding this item: "Your Santa cookie cutter is called a Bernickle Santa. He brings the tree as well as the toys in his bag on x-mas eve. (old world Santa) The tree is on the left side of the cutter. It was made in the 1930's to early 40's."
