This is a Bennington Cooperative Design mid century pottery ashtray by David Gill. I have only seen 2 others. It is 5.5" long and 3" wide. The deep mustard color is classic but the bright green glaze in the center makes it really pop. Excellent vintage condition with one glaze bubble burst between the tongs. Marked pattern #1500.
