This is an original old document from Baltimore County Maryland. The document is undated but is probably from 1800 to 1810. (Family left Baltimore around 1810) It appears to be an original hand written draft for the Will of Ritchard Boone. He leaves a tract of land to his son Rich. in a tract called Edwards and Wills Vallies and Hills. Tacked on the end of a purely real estate description is "and also Two Negro Boys Adam and Charles AND an un Broke Colt called Grief." Unsigned document has Ritchard Boone's name on reverse (spelled that way). From Stevenson family documents we are currently selling on ebay. Document measures 8 x 8 and would be handsome in a frame. Please see pictures and good luck if you bid.
