This is 1 piece of authentic Tiffany Studios glass that came from the site of Louis Comfort Tiffany's studios 20 YEARS AGO, just before buildings (including a "shed"?) were demolished to make way for "commercial" buildings to be then built, perhaps across the street from the corner of Main Street and Irving Place (now 43rd Avenue and 97th Place, Corona, Queens, NY ). This may still have residual soil on it. This had been buried in the ground for at least 61 years; it may have hairline cracks within, marks, pitting, iridescence, etc.The colors are purple, amber yellow, milky opal, white, almost gray colors...some streaky, some are in almost a swirl pattern.This has sharp edges; flea bite chips at edges; a small chip to one corner, measuring roughly 1/4" x 1/8".
