The Fine Art of Walt Disney's Donald Duck by Carl Barks McDuck Edition Publisher's Proof #17 (Another Rainbow, 1981). Lavish slipcased hardcover book featuring all 122 Disney Duck paintings created by Carl Barks, the "Good Duck Artist" responsible for many years of comic book art starring Donald Duck and Uncle Scrooge. This rare Publisher's Proof copy was gifted by Mr. Barks to Disney chief archivist Dave Smith; the signed inscription on the title page reads "To David Smith, the duck's good friend." This title page is also stamped "Not For Sale." There is some very minor handling wear, but these books were well made, designed to last for several generations of enjoyment.
