A very nice Art Nouveau period jewellery casket or box,this box is made of a gilt metal or bronze which has nice decorated sides,feet and lid,the lid is hinged and very nice with reptiles and foliage. There are relief panels to all sides which depict hunting scenes with dogs,boar and horses etc. The box is lined with buttoned red silk. All in quite nice condition for its age,there are a few minor bits of damage to panels etc. Size 100mm long by 90mm high by 70mm deep.
