Youare bidding on a lovely 800 silver brooch/pendant that measures approx. 1 3/4” x 1 3/8” and weighs approx. 10.6 grams. I have added a coin in one picture so you can gauge the size. The cameo itself measures approx. 1 5/8” x 1 3/16” and features a beautiful woman wearing a pearl necklace. The shell shows very few fine internal lines and is very stable. The cameo and marcasite stones are secure in their settings with no movement, and the setting is very sturdy. The setting is marked 800 on the backside and the shell is signed on the back by the master carver. The pinback, clasp, and hanging loop are in good working order and I consider this beautiful cameo item to be in good used condition.
