Comes with an application tape on front of decal, just peel the back, stick in place, squeegee/rub the decal and peel the application tape leaving the decal. Background color shows through between letters. I will send directions along with the graphics for easy installation. Razor blade off glass surfaces. On painted surfaces you can peel off ( a little heat or a hot day will help) and use an adhesive remover to remove any glue residue it may leave (goo gone).
