This next item is fresh from a local estate. it is a LARGE vase by Zsolnay Pecs its marked as shown in the photo. there is a very old paper label and the letter M also imprinted. the piece is large coming in at 14 3/4 inches. it apparently sat on a shelf in this house for 75 years,never repaired or restored (to the best of my knowledge) the colors are amazing, condition is good. there is a line (don't really want to call it a crack) that runs under one of the handles (may have other lines also) looking inside I think I only see one line. the reason I don't want to call it a crack is because a crack would have "sharp" inside edges.Ill try to photograph the best I can.what I think happened is in the firing process because it looks like the glaze is running into the line (like a waterfall), the bottom of one of the handles does appear to have a crack.
