This Antique/Vintage 'HARDY - PRINCE' 7/8 fishing reel. It has no dents or damage to the reel .Not sure if this is used or new. It is in great shape with the a sticker on the back side WF-8-F SWT. Also comes with the zippered cover and directions. The reel is very light and turns perfectly with no rubbing or wobble when winding. It has a constant check with a clear audible ' The back plate is clearly stamped with the maker's name; 'Made in Engand By Hardy Bros Ltd' It is also stamped with the words; 'By Appointment by H.R.H. The Prince of Wales - Manufacturers of Fishing Tackle Hardy Bros (Alnwick) Ltd England.' The model; 'THE PRINCE - 7/8' is also stamped on the back. The reel measures 3 1/4" (8cm) in diameter and 1 1/4" (3cm) wide. Please refer to the photos to confirm condition. I am happy to answer any questions. Only ship to the lower 48 states.
