To view it in a separate listing please The HistoryThese beautiful earrings come from the Art Deco Era! The Art Deco Era is famous for being the "Gatsby" or "Roaring Twenties" Era. A lot of gorgeous and timeless designs in jewelry came out of this period.During the Art Deco Period jewelers would make these pieces to order by hand, which would take weeks to complete!Chinese Export jewelry became popular during the late Victorian Period and lasted until the 1960's. In a lot of ways Chinese Export jewelry fashioned what we know of jewelry today. During these period's Chinese Craftsmen including Jewelers, Stone cutters were considered by far the best in the world.The rich and wealthy would have a piece custom ordered through their local jeweler whom was usually gifted at drawing a design to send off to contacts in China to craft and send back. As you can imagine, this was not cheap, that being said, these pieces are very rare and few have survived until today.Precious coral is harvested almost exclusively in the Mediterranean off the coasts of Italy, France, Spain, Algeria, and Tunisia. Angelskin Coral has widely been valued as the rarest and most beautiful of all Coral types. During the Art Deco Period only the richest of the rich could afford to have this form of coral harvested and imported into Europe and North America.The PieceThe Angelskin Coral in this piece is beautifully Carved to look like gorgeous rose flowers! The carvings are incredibly detailed with a multitude of pedals that flow around each other beautifully. The gem stones feature a gorgeous pink color that dances between both light, and darker pink creating a gorgeous, and completely natural color pattern.The earrings are finished off with style snap on backings that work perfectly.
