Up for Auction is this beautiful mid to late 1800’s 2 Gallon Jug with a cobalt wash and an Elaborate Cobalt Floral in a Spectacular Muted Blue. This wonderful jug was made and stamped by the New York Stoneware Company, which was in production in Fort Edward, N.Y. from 1859 to 1885. The condition of this beauty is excellent with a ½” chip on the left side of the spout. There are no other chips, cracks, stains or repairs to report. Measures 14” tall and 8 ½” wide from the base.
