3/84 - - sterling silver souvenir spoon 5 1/2" length. 22 grams weight -- official seal at the handle. 1607, Captain John Smith and a view of Pocahontas standing. The inside of the bowl has a scene of Jamestown and is labeled "Jamestown Exposition 1607 -- 1907". The back of the spoon has the Virginia Seal at the top with a depiction of the Battleship Virginia just below. The back of the bowl is plain. The back of the spoon is plain. The base of the back stem has "sterling, Official and Pat. Applied For." This spoon is in excellent condition with no apparent flaws other than those that may be associated with an antique of this age .
