This Trinket or Ring Box measures approximately 2¼"diameter and it stands approximately 1½" tall on three legs. The rim of the lid has hallmark of lion - O. The main base is hallmarked Z – anchor - lion - O. The maker maybe A & J ZIMMERMAN It has been internally lined with blue velvet which sits on a leather base that fits inside the lower part of the box to form the base. Both the leather base and velvet are a bit shabby and worn. The lid opens and closes nicely, is engraved with I think the initials JB. Generally for age appears in good condition with no dents or dings, probably could do with a good clean and polish.
