This silver plated repousse basket vase was made by Barbour Silver Company. They operated from 1892 until 1931. In 1898 they became part of International Silver Co. The vase is beautiful with Dutch people, windmills, and flowers. It measures approximately 10" tall to the top of the handle, 5 1/2" tall to the rim of the vase, and 4 3/4" wide. The opening of the vase measures about 2 3/8" in diameter. This is marked on the base with, Barbour S.P. Co, International S. Co., a windmill and two pipes, and 3733. The vase is in very good condition. There are a few little dings and bends along the flared rim. There is tarnish and some surface wear.
