i don't know the maker of this lamp part. everything is there just needs a font and smoke bell. has a heavy counter weight. hangs 43" when all the way up and 5' when pulled all the way down and will hold itself anywhere in between. no cracks or chips on the shade it is 5" tall and 10" in diameter. please view pictures and ask any questions
