Fine antique investment quality pair of carved hardwood Okimono lions, from the Meiji period circa 1890 . A great pair of carved antique Japanese carved lions on stands, each carved from a hardwood and having teeth & glass beaded eyes. The lions have carved & reticulated hardwood stands and each stand is signed by the carver, c ondition is excellent throughout & size is ; 11.5" ( 30cm ) long x 7" ( 18cm ) tall .
