This lovely antique oval platter features a red transfer floral plattern on thick white ironstone. The floral pattern has trailing clusters of roses and queen ann's lace. The platter has a deep set center with sloping sides. On the back, it is stamped with a unique trademark of a steamship with "The Engadine, T & R Boote, Royal Semi Porcelain, Waterloo Potteries, England." The platter is 9 1/2 inches long and 7 inches wide, a good size for serving steak or other entrees. It is in good condition with no chips, nor cracks, but has some discoloration on the back. T is no reserve price, so bid now to add this beautiful and useful antique platter to your collection of transferware! Thanks for reading my listing.
