It is not unusual in Mexican culture to thank their favorite saints for the favors and miracles that occurred way in the past) . THIS PARTICULAR RETABLO IS featuring A MEXICAN WOMAN NAMED PASCALIA MENGES, WHOSE LITTLE BOY WAS SUFFERING FROM ILLNESS FOR WHICH NO REMEDY WAS HELPING, BUT WAS CURED BY SAN PASCUAL BAILON, TO WHOM SHE OFFERS HER INFINITE GRATITUDE.
