Here's an outstanding golden amber antique medicine-apothecary bottle that is blown in mold and dates to about 1890-1900:T. METCALF CO./ BOSTON ( base embossed) This rich, colorful piece measures just about 8" tall by 2-3/8" in diameter, with a few entrapped air bubbles and an embedded piece of sand in the bottom of the lip, or a clump of outward bubbles. Nice uniform color throughout the glass here, in excellent condition, without any chips or cracks, just a very tiny bit of inside haze, otherwise fine.
