PERRY LONDON 'GOOD LUCK' with A HORSESHOE THE LENGTH OF THE PEN EXTENDED WITH THE NIB IS 13cms THE TOP OF CASING & THE NIB TURN AND ENCLOSE IN THE CASING. WHEN ENCLOSED, THE LENGTH OF THE ITEM IS 10 CMS I HAVE NOT TESTED THE DIP PEN. I AM UNABLE TO CONFIRM IF THE NIB WORKS WITH INK AS IT IS WORN. THANK YOU PAYPAL PLEASE
