Lehr pianos were produced from 1890 - 1930. Many advertisements are available to search online from the period. What you've got here is some beautiful salvage wood - oak, *maybe* some mahogany - and the keys, which are in good condition. Obviously, heavy for moving, but rolls pretty well on the casters and with the right help, could get up a ramp pretty easily. It is near the door and would be a short trip down a sidewalk to load. Another idea would be to dismantle it on-site if you want it for the wood corbels and carved panels, etc. Think creatively!
