i000000 Antique Silver Vesta Case This fine large sized solid silver vesta case. It is hallmarked for Chester and the date letter is 'A' for 1901. The makers mark is rubbed. Nice foliate design with a vacant cartouche and the interior is gold gilded but is heavilly tarnished The hinge works well and closes as it should with a nice snap. The case is in very good condition for age with no dents or dings. It weighs 42 grams by my scales and is 5cm long, 4.5cm wide. A nice collectable item.
