ANTIQUE LACHENAL & CO. CONCERTINA - PATENT LABEL - LONDON Serial Number I read as - 59290 - however I have included a photo. I imagine that this item will be of interest to collectors, therefore, I have included a photo of the serial number with the hope that whoever is interested will have the knowledge and know how to get the information they need or want as my knowledge on concertinas is limited. However, if you do have any questions I will do my best to answer them. The buttons are made from bone and there are 24 buttons on each side (48 keys). It is an English 48 key concertina with rosewood or mahogany ends. It plays the same note on the push as the pull and it has 5 folds. Condition - For those who want to buy this with the intention to have it played then the item would need to be tuned. There is a small hole in one of the bellows but I can confirm that it can be repaired and that it can also be tuned to play. A beautiful piece of history ideal for collectors or for those that love old and interesting items to decorate their home. Will be sent via Courier (tracked) - £20 UK.
