ANTIQUE FIRETRUCK SIREN: I have for auction and antique firetruck siren. The unit is about 10 inches front to back and the diameter of the front is about 6.5 inches. The face cover is missing. I do not know the make or model nor do I know if it works. It spins freely when spun by hand. I believe it is a 24 volt DC unit, but it may be 12 volt DC. It weighs about 18lbs for shipping. No reserve. Highest bid takes it. I hooked the siren up to 12vdc. It fired up easily and made the appropriate sound. It looks and sounds like a mini Federal Q, but I do not know if that is what it is. Please do not assume this unit is in great condition. It will need some motor work, maybe brushes, for proper performance. It still may be 24vdc, but I have no way of testing that.
