Antique Ecru Cream Silk Pastel Embroidered Floral Roses Canton Piano ShawlThis antique ecru cream silk pastel embroidered floral roses Canton piano shawl dates from the 1920s. It is made of light grayish yellowish brown ecru cream color silk fabric background, with colorful pastel silk raised padded satin stitch hand embroidery work. There are a variety of flowers embroidered throughout with a vine leaf design and larger pink roses in each corner. There is a fabulous hand knotted macramé ecru cream silk fringe measuring 18 inches long surrounding the entire shawl with rounded corners. The shawls fabric square measures 62 by 62 inches. This quality made Manton Canton Chinese Cantonese style Spanish Flamenco shawl is in good as-is condition, has not been cleaned, with several small faint stains and a tiny burn hole (see close-ups).
