This is an antique PLUME & ATWOOD KEROSENE LAMP from Waterbury, CT. All the parts are original to my knowledge, and there is no obvious damage that I can see, just normal wear from being used over the last century or more. The brass parts have a nice patina, the wheel on the burner says 'P & A MFG CO. Waterbuty, CT MADE IN USA'It is really a great lamp with lots of character. The base has a star pattern or compass embossed in the glass, and the finger hold is an arch between the stem and the base.
