Antique Gentleman's Collar Box~ Top part features General Chester A. Arthur on the lid, great detail. There is a crack in the upper left corner that had been repaired. Box measures 4 3/4 x 3 in. Sticker inside the box with the #15. Top blue lining appears to be made of a paper type lining and has ha ndwriting on it- Mrs. DS Porter-268 4th street, Niagara Falls N Y. 2 back hinges and one strap on the inside . There is also a little lifting of the top part- Gutta Percha? Thermoplastic? on the right side.
