I THINK IT IS FLORENZA, AS I'VE COMPARED IT TO SEVERAL OTHER PIECES OF FLORENZA, BUT IT IS UNSIGNED. AND UNMARKED. THE CAMEO ACID TESTS AS 10K, GOLD FILLED. I'M UNSURE OF METAL PURITY ON THE CHAIN. THE 24" CHAIN IS ALSO ORNATE GOLD TONE ETRUSCAN STYLE. CAMEO CAN BE WORN AS BROOCH TOO. IT'S ABOUT 2" TALL.
