I had the opportunity to purchase a candlestick collection from an antique dealer. Not every candlestick or candle holder may be antique or vintage but every one is beautiful and stunning in it's own right. It was like looking at pieces of art in a variety of colors. So I will be offering them to you. Some were previously marked and some are not. If you see something that doesn't look right please let me know as I am certainly not an expert.This offering is for a depression glass candlestick made by Westmoreland. It is meant to hold a taper candle up to 3/4" wide. It is an elegant candlestick with six sides known as Westmoreland #1021 or previously known as #23. Introduced between 1913 and 1917; color production stopped around 1930 and the Belgian Blues were made about 1925. The top of the bowl is flat matching the six sides down the trunk and to the base. It is 7 1/2" tall and the base is 4 3/8" across from point to point. There are some chips on the base mostly at the point of some of the sides. There are also some tiny flea bites on a couple of the lines coming down the trunk. There is one area where there are two lines across a panel which seem to be in the internal glass and do not connect or impact the functionality. There are no repairs.
