ANTIQUE ANSONIA NEW YORK, ART NOUVEAU CAST IRON 8 DAY CHIME CLOCK,Very nice black iron cased ANSONIA Mantel or Shelf clock.This model was manufactured by Ansonia, in New York., ca. 1900, and has a heavy iron case, which has a wonderful aged patina.Signed original dial with open escapement.Clock is running, though brass movement would benefit from cleaning.It strikes on a deep cathedral gong every half hour and counts the hours.Case measure 13" high by 11" wide.Winding key and adjustable pendulum included with clock.Shipping within the U.S. will cost $19.95.
