ANTIQUE AFRICAN ZULU WAR AXE club shield circ: 1820- 40 Woven w Leather . From an Anthropologist collection bought at an Estate sale in Florida, 30 yrs. ago, was identified and dated by him. . SEE PICTURES. Fine quality woven leather. Looks like it has rectangles and stripe like painting on leather, hard to see what it is but looks like a wide two tone color. wonderful rich colors and patina too. HAND FORGED AXE BLADE WHICH GOES THROUGH THE BACK and is COVERED IN LEATHER. the whole handle is covered with leather. SEE PICTURES. Total measurement from handle to tip is 28 1/2" and the Metal AXE BLADE STICKS OUT 3 1/2" AND IS 6" TO WHERE IT GOES THROUGH TO THE OTHER SIDE. Very unusual can't find another like it. $19.00 S/H IN USA ONLY
