Up for auction here at a reasonable starting point is an unusual and rare antique 1900's Waterbury Clock Company 30 day office clock. This is a large and impressive looking clock that would look great on an office wall and makes a nice loud distinctive slow tick tock. It has a mahogany finish and nice glass. The works are stamped WATERBURY and the key is also marked Waterbury. The clock works will run for a bit and stop. I have never addressed this as it is a project clock. It has nice large hands and a metal dial face. There is some nice woodwork to the case and door. It has has a great Greek pediment design top and bottom.Measures 41" tall x 17 1/2" wide x 6" deep. This is a restoration project clock. There are issues I will describe and all are restorable but it is sold as is with no returns because of the size and shipping costs. Email me any questions you have so you are comfortable with its condition before you bid. I am not hiding anything.Issues I see: This clock has a broken pendulum shaft that has been badly repaired. There is a detail wood piece at the crown that is missing. You have the duplicate on the other side to make a match to. It is a straight cut piece that supports the crown. The case has many scratches inside. The outside looks ok. Some nice woodwork to the case. Original large hanging loop on the back. Door opens read more
