This is a small purple amethyst geode which is tunnel shaped measuring 115 mm x 190. We bought these at a low price so we are passing the saving on. Just ask for an international shipping price, we don't list them because its so complicated with the individuality of the geodes. Please note, Geodes are chiselled out of solid basalt rock by hand in Brazil, so they may have flaws, lines and sometimes nicks from the edges. The geodes are formed when the planet forces a mis-shaped bubble into the basalt and depending upon the composition of the minerals surrounding this, they form different shapes and colours. Amethyst is deeper purple when there is more iron oxide present. After they have been mined they are then graded, cut, levelled and the edges are polished ready for shipping.
