Here is an opportunity to have an instant complete set of the very popular and elegant Rosenthal "Moss Rose" pattern. The set consists of 12 dinner plates, 13 salad plates, 12 bread plates, 14 saucers, 12 cups, 12 large rimmed soup bowls, 12 berry or fruit bowls, a creamer, a sugar with lid, a gravy boat with attached under plate, a celery platter, a 15" platter, a covered casserole or vegetable dish, a coffee pot with lid, and an oval serving bowl. Counting the three lids there are 99 pieces in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. Normally I would break the set up and sell the settings...and then the serving pieces separately, but this set was beautiful. There are three or four pieces randomly mixed that have the open rose bud version of this pattern...but the rest are the same as the picture. About the only pieces you might wish to add would be a teapot, butter dish and perhaps another serving bowl, but this set came from an estate in Avon Connecticut and had very little use. There are just a few utensil marks here and there on the dinner plates but most pieces look like new when tilted under the light. Winner to receive free shipping via USPS Priority Mail.
