It has lovely flowers at the cimberbun on the waist and along the bottom near the hem. It is very figure flattering and the color is amazing in hand. I actually have 2 of these but I think they are different sizes. This one is missing the size and makers tag but is about a 4/6. measures Bust 32, Waist 25, hips wide due to full gathered skirt, length 53. Perfect condition!
