Here is a versatile vintage blue-tint Flame Ware sauce pan by Pyrex model 7323-B. The companion lid (that does not have the blue tint) has part numbers 7323-C and 7324-C. The combination stainless steel band and glass handle is part number 16. The handle is easily removable with a pull tab operation of the stainless band. This is handy for cleaning and drying the pot and also for accommodating both left-handed and right-handed cooks so that the pour spout is oriented in the correct direction! Additionally this sauce pan has an unusual depth. The walls of the pot are relatively low at 3 1/2 inches. This is useful when you need a pan with higher sides than a skillet yet you are not preparing a large quantity of food. Additionally, glass Pyrex cookware is nice for for storing cooking leftovers in the refrigerator as you can see what's inside. Remove the metal band handle to reheat contents in the microwave and position lid tabs to allow steam to escape from the spout!capacity is 1 1/2 quarts when full3 1/2 inches deep6 1/2 inches in diameterExpedited shipping.
