This is a set of 2 12 x 18" posters, designed by Ben "Gitty" Baker and printed right here in the C. B. Gitty workshop in New Hampshire, USA. These posters include 60 authentic secret hobo signs and glyphs, drawn from historic photographs and documents from the late 1800's and early 1900's. Hoboes and tramps would use these symbols to leave signs and warnings for other hoboes and travelers - where good places were for work, for hand-outs, and places to avoid because of danger.
