For the more experienced diecast model enthusiast… This is a shiny black Danbury Mint 1969 Boss 429 Mustang body, partial interior and partial suspension package. Basically what is missing are the wheels/tires, the engine/transmission, rear-end/leaf springs, bucket seats/console/steering column & steering wheel and a few miscellaneous parts. The front suspension is mostly complete (including front sway bar) though it is broken and needs some work. The dual exhaust is also there with one piece broken. The body itself is complete and very nice. I could find no problems anywhere on the body except by accident I noticed the very, very fine letters on the rear decklid that say "MUSTANG" have a couple of letters missing. I don't think anything else is missing as far as I can tell – you have the Boss 429 hood scoop, the rear spoiler, and the rear window slats. All the chrome (trim, bumpers, etc.) and Mustang/Boss emblems are there and the paint is smooth and shiny. The doors open, the hood opens with the high quality hood spring mechanisms and the trunk opens. The beautiful wood grained dash and door panels are all there and look great! The interior is complete other than what I listed plus possible other missing small parts I cannot remember. It does have the carpeted trunk with the factory spare wheel/tire.
