Please notice that, although listed under "quilts", these are actually quilt BLOCKS: they are not sewn to each other yet, and therefore they do not constitute even a quilt top. They need to be sewn together to create a quilt top, from which you could proceed to make a quilt.The brown fabric in the pics is a bedspread and it is NOT part of the auction.The blocks measure 12 1/2" square each. The bed is a queen, 80" by 60".The base fabric of these blocks, the one to which the appliques are stitched to, is light yellow.The fabrics used to make the appliques we believe are from the 1980's or so. These blocks are vintage, but not very old, and the fabrics certainly are not feed sacks.The stitching of the appliques to the yellow fabric was done by hand (see close-up # 12).We combine shipping.
