1/2 Gallon Stone Mason Fruit Jar Union Stoneware Co. Red Wing, Minn.This piece is in great condition and includes the lid and gasket. The gasket is cracked with age but all pieces are there and held on by lid. Lid has small pin holes from age and corrosion. The mouth of the jar has a hairline crack but is not separating and has some slight chipping but damage is not visible with lid on. The bottom also has some chipping but is on the back side of jar. Mild damage is shown in pictures.Stamp on the front is in excellent shape with no fading or smudging. Front of jar with stamp is in excellent condition without any blemishes or cracks visible. PAT JAN 24 1899 on bottom of jar is very visible, as shown in picture.Overall, considering the age of the item it is in fantastic condition and will make an excellent addition to your collection.*All pictures are of actual item for sale* Please don't hesitate to email with any questions.
