19thC Flight Barr & Barr Worcester Japan Pat Dessert Plate C1815 Description This super early 19th Century porcelain Dessert plate dates to around 1815. It has a moulded gadrooned rim and is decorated in a Japan type pattern in Imari colours of Iron Red,Pink and Cobalt Blue, highlighted with gilding. It was made by Flight Barr & Barr,Worcester. A similar shaped plate is illustrated on page 143 of "Flight & Barr Worcester Porcelain 1783-1840" by J Sandon.The Plate has some small chips to the gadrooning and to the underside of the rim, please see the photos, no cracks or restoration.
