Here is a extermely rare Greg Shooner "Museum Piece" redware flower pot made in 1987. On the bottom of the pot is etched "Museum Piece Greg Shooner 1987" it also has "Solomon Bell Strasburg, Va 1850", I am assuming that the original piece that Greg copied from was made by Mr. Bell. It is a very attractive piece in both design and appearence, measuring 7" high and 6" across it's mouth. It is in very good condition with any wear spots that you can see in the photos done in the making, there are some small "bursts" in the paint but again I dont know if they were done in the firing or not, look over the photos real close and request addtional photos if you need to. This will make a wonderful Christmas present. I have sold many Shooner pieces including othe Museum ones, but this is the first of this piece I have ever came across. Winning bidder pays shipping and insurance and the piece will go out UPS well packed. PLEASE do not post or mail payment until I email you the proper shipping amount, eBay's shipping figures are always wrong.
