This is a 1986 Gary Prazen commerative belt buckle. Signed, numbered 157/250 and dated. Mr Prazen is an artist/sculptor who creates a new buckle every year to commerate coal miner rescue. This is the 10th annual. Very collectible and I have several listed this week. Selling 'as is' and winning bidder will pay $3.00 for shipping in the lower 48.
