1974 COLORFORMS "LITTLE LULU COLORFORMS DRESS-UP SET" #589 ORIGINAL SETI am STILL continuing into ITEMS FROM my late sister's collections. Where the number of Paper Doll sets are just STAGGERING!! I will do my best to describe items but keep in mind I really know nothing about the subject other than what I can find on the internet. It will not upset me at all if someone more knowledgeable that me on the subject cares to add some input. This DRESS-UP SET is made of CARDBOARD AND VINYL and was made by COLORFORMS in 1974. This kit features the adorable LITTLE LULU. Little Lulu was created in 1935 and began as a Newspaper and Magazine Comic Strip and later appeared in Comic Books. Little Lulu was the creation of Marjorie Henderson Buell. The comic books were titled Marge's Little Lulu. In this set Little Lulu is a 7 1/2 inch tall doll that has several outfits to dress her up, even a Nurse's Uniform. The original box for this set is in poor condition with one corner of the lid taped and a tear on one side flap of the lid. The original brochure is still included although is has many wrinkles in it. There are some small pieces missing in the set but she still has her dresses to change and even her dolly to play with. PLEASE STAY TUNED AS I HAVE SO MUCH MORE OF THE COLLECTION TO GO THROUGH!!Rest assured all items will be packaged with GREAT read more
